With his team he focuses on delivering an excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey (from initial design, to project completing and beyond). Customer satisfaction is key for him and his team and it is tightly connected to the high quality standard our company targets. Sustainability goes arm-in-arm with high quality and the best possible service. Because of that Stef has been appointed as our Sustainability Expert. With the sustainability team he seeks for opportunities to keep pushing boundaries and become greener whenever possible whilst providing the right information (from certification to application guides ensuring the highest lifetime) to our valued customers.
